Thursday: Hot but Nice
Jul. 26th, 2007 09:54 pmDurango triple-dyed farm and ranch cowboy boots most of the day, Wrangler blue jeans, black cowboy up long sleeve T, black pouch briefs, usual Dickies socks.
I had originally planned my last full day of this vacation to be a leisurely drive through the southern Adirondacks. The route to get there, however, took me within 10 miles of Cooperstown, and I remembered that there was an exhibit I wanted to see at the art museum there and changed my plans. Since it was an exhibit of some of the works of Remington, I changed into cowboy boots. Lots of sightings of cavalry boots in the exhibit. Since it was sunny, I also wore my cowboy hat.
Nice exhibit, great museum. Then into town. It sure is a different place.

Finally, on the way back passed an awesome older biker slowly so I could get a glimpse of his nice logger boots.
