Black Timberland PRO work boots, navy pleated Dockers pants, navy large stripe shirt, white T, black pouch briefs, usual Dickies socks.

The day's sightings started out great (two cops with different kinds of rainwear, eight construction guys in yellow overboots standing around each other), but the rain later kept the cops in their cars and the construction guys with holes in their jeans out of the rain.
